Efficient production of green hydrogen

High-tech in the field of "highly efficient and economical production of green hydrogen".

Together with our partner companies and customers blueFLUX Energy, we plan and construct highly efficient and economical plants for the production of green hydrogen. Test plants run around the clock.

An EU patent was granted for the technology in 2023. The technology was not only nominated for the German Environmental Award, but was also awarded the "Seal of Excellence" by the European Commission.

The plants, the technology converts waste materials from agriculture, sewage treatment plants (municipalities) and industry into sustainably produced green hydrogen, synthesis gas, peat substitutes, synthetic coal or biochar. The specific output naturally depends on the configuration you are considering. The processes work time-efficiently and at significantly lower costs compared to conventional applications. Especially in the production of synthesis gas and hydrogen.

With this technology, green hydrogen can be produced decentrally, e.g. wherever there is a sewage treatment plant. There are around 9,000 biogas plants in Germany that do not know what to do with the fermentation residues. With this technology, any biogas plant can be converted into a highly profitable plant.

Another important framework condition for H2

The new version of the 37th Ordinance on the Implementation of the Federal Immission Control Act, which was passed in December 2023, is another booster for us on the road to market launch. Feedstocks such as liquid manure are thus assigned to advanced biofuels with approval for GHG trading (double counting). As a result, 1 kg of hydrogen from e.g. liquid manure is already worth approx. 12 - 15 EUR (net) for the distributor. This is an exciting topic that has not yet been recognized by many investors or players.

Waste and materials that can be processed particularly well and efficiently with this technology are the focus of this new version of the 37th regulation. These are sewage sludge, organic waste, digestate from biogas plants, liquid manure, dung, shrub cuttings and green waste.
